Czeslawa (Kapraszewska) Malinowska, 76, of New Britain, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 6, 2018 with her family at her side. She fought a courageous battle with cancer until her very last day and is now walking through Heaven’s gate. Czeslawa was born in Lipniki, Poland on August 9, 1941 to the late Stefania and Boleslaw Kapraszewski. In Poland, she was an avid dancer and singer and belonged to a traditional Polish folk music dance troupe which traveled all over Europe. She moved to the U.S. in 1984. Her passion for travel followed her and she loved to spend vacations abroad with her dearest cousin, Diane Cherubin and friends. Czeslawa showed her love and compassion for friends and family by cooking delicious meals including tasty pierogi! She would do anything for anyone and had a very giving spirit. She had a love for dogs, nature, and gardening and immersed herself in reading when she had spare time. She retired from Johnson & Johnson after dedicating over 20 years of service to the company. Czeslawa is survived by her daughter, Jolanta Malinowska, and son, Witold Malinowski with wife Krystyna; her adored grandchildren: Martyna Feather with husband David, Lukasz Malinowski with wife Melissa, and Sebastian and Daniel Malinowski; her siblings: Bronislawa Ochal, Emilia Lis, Irena Wiszniewska, Stefania Wasilewska and Jozef and Stanislaw Kapraszewski; her longtime companion, Wieslaw Grezlik along with many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed and remembered by all who knew and loved her. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Chau Dang at the MSKCC in W. Harrison, NY and Dr. Antoni Berger in Berlin, CT for their attentiveness and loving care.
