Cyril “Pete” Henry Hillman, 72, of Rocky Hill, passed away on Sunday, December 28th at the State Veterans Home. Born in Waterbury, he was the son of Marjorie (Knapp) Hillman and the late Cyril Hillman. Pete served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Along with his mother, he is survived by two children and very good friends he made at the State Veterans Home.
