Cynthia Judd, 81, of Newington, died on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015, at St. Francis Hospital. Born in Waterbury to the late Frederick Frank Judd and Margaret (Scholan) Judd, she was raised in Watertown and resided in Newington for most of her life. Mrs. Judd graduated from Western Connecticut State College and received her master’s degree from St. Joseph College, West Hartford. She was employed as a teacher for many years in the Wethersfield School System. She was also a founder of the Judd Farm Country Day Camp, in Watertown. Her survivors include her son and daughter-in-law Jamie and Linda Campbell of Wethersfield; grandsons James N. Campbell, Jeffrey P. Campbell and Michael W. Campbell and his wife Alison; her brother Frederick Judd and his wife Margaret of Watertown; and many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her daughter Margaret Campbell, her son Paul Judd Campbell, and sister Marsha Cestar.
