She was born in Newton, New Jersey the daughter of Anthony Carovale and Jean Irma Cooper Carovale. She moved to Saint Cloud in 1986 from Sussex, New Jersey, she was a homemaker and a catholic by faith.
Cynthia is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Gerald R. Finigan of Saint Cloud, Florida; her sons: Gerald R. Finigan Jr and his wife Kay of Saint Cloud, Florida, Dana Finigan and his wife Lisa of Saint Cloud, Florida; her daughters: Toni Finigan of St. Cloud, Florida, Michelle Cobb of Saint Cloud, Florida; her brother: Mark Carvovale of Mill Hill, New Jersey; her sister: Margot Norman of Greenville Port Jervis, New York; eight grandchildren: Alexis, Destiny, Christopher, Brieanna, Jacob, Miley, Joshua, and Rosie.
