Cynthia A. Nobara, age 58, of St. Cloud, FL passed away on December 19, 2021. Cynthia was born on January 14, 1963 in Dayton, OH to Charles and Patricia Stivers. She moved to Florida in the 70’s from Kentucky and was a secretary working on closings at a real estate office. She enjoyed the water and scuba diving as well.
She is survived by her loving husband, Scott Nobara; sister, Jennifer Metesh (Curt); nephews, Brett, Liam and Logan. She is predeceased by her parents and brothers, Charles Stivers and James David Stivers.
