Cynthea Lorraine McDaniel, age 57, of Tipton, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at IU Health Saxony Hospital in Fishers.
Cynthea was born in McComb, IL on March 20, 1962 to Charles “Bud” and Shirley Ann (Davis) McDaniel.
She was a 1980 graduate of Tipton High School. She worked at Tipton Hospital for several years at the registration desk. After leaving Tipton Hospital, she became a full-time homemaker.
Cynthea was very proud of her family, she loved them all dearly. Her grandchildren were the light of her life. She loved the holiday’s and enjoyed the time spent with family around the table. Cynthea enjoyed being outside, working on crossword puzzles, and baseball. She loved dogs, never letting one pass by without a kind word or pat on the head.
Those left to carry on Cynthea’s legacy of love are her Children Tricia Marie (Jason) Harris and Craig Ferguson; dear friend Jessica Oligney; Grandchildren Elizabeth, Natalie, and JJ Harris, Kevin and Jonathon Ferguson, Connor Bonilla, Abbi and Robbi Oligney; Brothers James and Mark Albright; Aunt Janet Davis; Uncle Kent Davis; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Cynthea’s children would like to give a very special thank you to their Dad, Paul Ferguson for the care he gave to their Mom these last few years. Even though their marriage ended, they maintained a friendship and he was a special person in her life.
