Coyl was born the son of the late Alden Forrest Justice and Naomi Long Justice on July 1, 1926. In his professional life he worked as a machinist for the AID manufacturing plant. Coyl served his country during World War II in the Philippines.
In addition to his parents, his son Gary Justice; his siblings, Helen Justice, Oakley Justice, Margie Southards, Bob Justice, Hazel Cope, Grace Peak.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Mildred Justice, of the Home; his son Mickey Justice (Debbie), of Otto, North Carolina; his daughter, Julia Taylor (Bruce), of Mountain City, Georgia; eight grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren also survive him.
