Conrad Wilhelm Jr, age 86, of Osceola, Nebraska, passed away December 12, 2022 at Bryan East in Lincoln.
Conrad was born November 1, 1936 to Conrad Sr. and Louise Marie (Weigle) Wilhelm in Mitchell, Nebraska. He attended school in Wyoming, Bayard, Nebraska and graduated from Minatare High School in 1955. Following high school he worked for farmers in the Mitchell Valley. Conrad also served in the National Guard.
On June 4, 1960 he was united in marriage to Alfredia Deloreis Lewandowski at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Scottsbluff. Conrad worked and lived in various places including a steel company in Gering, gas company in Kimball, as a state patrolman stationed in North Platte while living in Gothenburg and Eastman Kodak in Windsor, Colorado. After his retirement he went to school to learn pottery repair.
On July 4 of 1995 they moved to Osceola to be closer to Dee’s mother.
He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Osceola, and a member of Lions Club International where he served as District Governor.
Survivors include his wife Dee of Osceola; brothers Alex (Fonda) Wilhelm of Arvada, CO, Manual Wilhelm of Bayard and Samuel Wilhelm of Bayard; sisters Helen (Huck) Hessler of Mitchell, SD and Janet Gusman of Sidney; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother-in-law Ronald Gusman.
