Conrad Henry Guertin, 84, of Plainville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday March 8, 2011 surrounded by his family. He was the husband of the late Georgette (DeBlois) Guertin and together they shared 30 years of marriage. Born in Hartford on October 2, 1926, he was the son of the late Hormidas and Antoinette (Picard) Guertin.
He leaves his son Daniel Guertin and his friend Joe Annunziata; a granddaughter Mandi Lynn Guertin; his brother George Guertin and his wife Irene; a sister-in-law Zita Guertin; his special nieces and nephews Al and Joan Dumas and Mark Guertin; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his son Conrad J. Guertin; and his brothers John Paul Guertin and Roger Guertin.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Ellen and Jan from Gentiva along with Dr. Lawson, Dr. Baran, and Dr. Zebrowski for their compassion and support.
