Our loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother, Connie Wimmer Thorson, 74, passed away April 9, 2016, in Brigham City, Utah. She was born on January 3, 1942, in Rexburg, Idaho, to Acel Don and MarDell Lewis Wimmer. She grew up in Ogden, Utah and was working at Thiokol Chemical Corp. where she met her husband, Albert (Curley) Thorson. They were married May 24, 1963, in the Logan LDS Temple. They settled in Brigham City, Utah and were blessed with five sons.
She is survived by her husband, Albert Sheron Thorson, their sons: Douglas (Jill) Thorson; David (Holly) Thorson; Daniel (Kris) Thorson; Devin (Melissa) Thorson; Darin (Melissa) Thorson and 18 grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers Dennis (Ann) Wimmer and Ferron (Stephanie) Wimmer. She was preceded in death by her parents, Acel Don and MarDell Lewis Wimmer and sister-in-law, Edna Joyce Thorson.
Viewings will be Thur. April 14, from 6 to 8 pm at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E., Brigham City, Utah, and Friday from 10:00 to 10:40 am at the Church.
