Connie Lynn Long Hundley was born November 15, 1966 to Charles and Betty Hundley in Grinnell, Iowa. She passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2014 in her home located in Chariton, Iowa at the age of forty-seven years.
Connie was blessed with her son, Joshua Eugene Hundley, on May 3, 1985. He became her whole world. Connie was extremely proud of her role as a mother to her child. Also, she loved being a daughter, a sister, an aunt and friend as she came from a tight knit family. She was both of her brothers biggest fan in all their racing adventures. She would be the first one there to cheer them on to the finish line!!
The most important aspect of Connie’s life was all of her family.
Connie was preceded in death by her father, Charles Hundley; her uncle, Jerry Moore, her aunt, Jan Moore and her uncle, Dean Hundley.
She will be greatly missed by her son, Joshua Hundley of Chariton, Iowa; her mother, Betty Hundley (Martin Conrad) of Russell, Iowa; her brothers, Donnie (Mindy) Hundley of Chariton, Iowa and Gary (Desiree) Hundley of Russell, Iowa; her aunt, Joanne Rankin of Russell, Iowa. Also mourning her passing are her nieces and nephews, Cody, Kaitie, Clayton, Shyanna, Paige, one great nephew, Caeden, and a host of family and friends.
