Troy – Concetta M. Farano, 86, of Alder Avenue died Thursday, October 26, 2017, at her residence.
Born in Troy , she was daughter of the late Pasquale Farano and Maria Farano and sister of the late Dr. Rocco A. Farano and Hon. Dan G. Farano.
Concetta was a life long resident of Troy and graduated from Troy Schools. A communicant of St. Anthony’s Church, she was a social worker the New York State Department of Social Services, a member of the Albany Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, and, also, a volunteer at Albany Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include her brother, Patrick A. Farano, Petersburg, NY; and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, and cousins.
