Survivors include her daughter, Stephanie Cox of Franklin, three grandchildren, Tasha Koehl, Erin Koehl, and Samantha Cox and two great-grandchildren, Harmony Warrenburg and Serenity Ward.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Mary (Baker) Lapack.
