Clovis H. Martin, age 96, of Carriage Lane, formerly of Falmouth, Maine died on Friday April 16, 2010 at Rose Haven Nursing Home in Litchfield. She was the wife of the late Dr. Thomas A. Martin. Mrs. Martin was born November 11, 1913 in Westbrook, Maine daughter of the late Leon B. and Georgia D. (Reed) Hawkes. She was a 1931 graduate of Deering High School in Portland, and a 1934 Graduate of the Maine General Hospital School of Nursing. She had worked as a nursing supervisor on the maternity floor at the hospital, where she met her husband, Dr. Martin to whom she was married 45 years.
