Clemens Syverson, age 85, died Sunday Nov 29, 2009 at his residence in Beverly. He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was a pilot at the age of 20 in WW II, where he met his wife Joyce while serving in England. She predeceased him in 1995. After the war he graduated from MIT in 1950 and worked for a series of important companies: Bell, Cornell, RCA and eventually CSC in southern New Jersey, where he worked until his 81st year.
He was a generous man of great intelligence, integrity and inner strength. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Vern and Paule Syverson.
