Staples, mother of the late Walter Staples, sister of the late Deborah Cipparone, and Christopher PepeSurvived by her children, James A. “Jamie” (Jennifer) McDonnell and Donna (Robert) Taylor, 8 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren, and her sisters Nancy (Thomas) McLaughlin and Cynthia (Raymond) Tribuiani.Claudia touched so many of us in so many different ways. Everyone who knew Claudia has their own special story to tell. She was a strong, kind and caring person who loved her family and friends. Some of her hobbies she enjoyed were cooking, crocheting, and doing puzzles. Most of all she loved spending time with her husband Don going to the casino along with her best friend Patty. One of her favorite past times was playing with the little ones, it always gave her a thrill. She worked as a realtor and loan processor until she retired. Claudia never lost her battle because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she was, she was always determined. When anyone else would have broken, Claudia stayed strong. Through her, we know what resilience and perseverance truly look like.
