Muncie – Claude L. Flick, 86, went home to be with Jesus and the love of his life, Joy L. (Murphy) Flick, March 5, 2013, after a long illness.
            Claude was born in French Lick on November 19, 1926, the son of Henry and Stella (Franklin) Flick, and attended French Lick Schools.
            Mr. Flick served as an Army Sergeant during World War II. He worked for over 20 years in the Maintenance Department of Ontario Corporation until his retirement. He loved to fish and was the neighborhood grandpa. Claude was a talented mechanic, musician and artist. He was a member of McCormick View Chapel.
Survivors include three sons, Robert L. Flick, Greenfield, Sam McIntire, Eaton, and Shane Flick, (fiancé-Rachel Davisson), Muncie; three daughters, Sally Norris, (husband-Ronald), Muncie, Rita Mooneyhan, (husband-Ted), Modoc, and Ginger Flick, (companion-John Johnson), Muncie; a brother Ray Flick; sixteen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; many great-great grandchildren; a great-great-great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Joy Flick; a daughter, Claudia Ault; three brothers; and two sisters.
