Clark William Griffin, age 50 of Macon died at home unexpectedly  on Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2020 with his wife Amy at his side. Clark was born Oct. 27, 1969 in Tecumseh, MI to Terrance and Nancy (Smith) Griffin. He graduated from Tecumseh High School in 1988 and from Ferris State University in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in Printing Management.  He worked at Ford Motor Company for 20 years. On February 21, 1995 he married Amy Jo Palmer in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Together have two sons, Forest and Foster.  Clark took great interest in their sporting events, and he never missed a game. Clark was a huge supporter to the boys and their activities. Clark was an avid outdoors man and fisherman. For over 10 years, Clark was an integral and beloved team leader of the Children’s Ministry at  Solid Rock Church.  He enjoyed inventing characters and skits to teach Bible stories, especially with his puppet, Pastor Pop.  He was much loved by the children that he ministered to and he brought much life and joy to that ministry every week. On  Friday, February 21, 2020 , Clark and Amy  renewed their vows at the Solid Rock Church in Clinton with Pastor Timothy Richmond. He is survived by is loving wife, Amy, of 25 years;  sons, Forest (Victoria) of Lufkin, TX and Foster of Macon; parents, Turk and Nancy Griffin; sister, Janelle Faulkner; maternal grandmother, Jean Smith and many nieces and nephews. Clark was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Joseph (Rip) Smith and sister, Lynelle Griffin.
