Clarice Aneta Wood, 89, of Meridian, passed away November 1, 2017 of natural causes. Clarice was born March 6, 1928, in Bismarck, North Dakota. Her family moved to Meridian, ID when she was 8 years old and she has lived in Meridian all these years. On Oct. 4th, 1946, Clarice married Gene Wood. Clarice was a homemaker, raising four children.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Frederick and Inez Rossow; her husband Eugene “Gene” Wood; her sister, Florence Rossow; and her son Eugene “Skipper” Wood.
Survivors include her children, Pamela Wood and her husband, Frank; Nancy Williams and her husband, Mike; and Fred Wood; daughter-in-law, Shelley Hankins; a grandson, Michael Williams and his wife, Alba; great-granddaughter, Annie Williams; her sister Maxine Wheeler; Her surviving sisters and brothers-in-law are: Thelma and Zenie Scott, Grace Wood, Neva and Johnny Timmons and Betty and Jack Brunk.
