Gwinn, MIClarence John St. Vincent, age 95, of Gwinn and formerly of Escanaba, passed to eternal rest on November 28, 2016 where he longed to be with his loving son.

Clarence was born March 10, 1921, in Escanaba, the son of Wilfred and Caroline (Cota) St. Vincent. On April 15, 1941, Clarence was united in marriage to the former Betty Hurkman and together the couple primarily made their home and raised their family in Illinois. Throughout his life, Clarence was employed and retired from Camcar Textron where he worked as a foreman for over 20 years. During his retirement years, Clarence resided in Florida before returning to Gwinn to live with his sister Guinevere in his later years. While in Gwinn, Clarence met many new friends. He will be deeply missed.

Lenard St. Vincent of Valley, FL
Wayne (Bonnie) St. Vincent of Gladstone, MI Also surviving are Clarence’s grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and his God child, Sue (Steve) Javurek.

In addition to his parents, Wilfred and Caroline, and his wife Betty, Clarence was preceded in death by his son, Billy, daughter, Lucy and several brothers and sisters.
