He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Dannette Reid Pender, his children: Virginia Holt, Phyllis (Jim) Wilson, Willard Edwin (Dean) Pender, Patricia (Tim) Amick, Cora (Carlisle) Hayes, Dan Micah (Gay) Pender and Timothy Howard (Carrie) Pender and Reuven Refaelov.
Clarence was 93 years old and born in Ocala, Florida. He served in the United States Marine Corps. in WW2 as a China Marine, 2nd Div.
