Clara Moyer Wright, age 89, Anderson, left us peacefully on January 11, 2018 after an extended stay at Sienna Nursing Home in Oklahoma. Clara was born July 29, 1928 in the country yards between Alexandria and Frankton in Madison County.
She retired from the law firm of Busby, Austin, Cooper and Farr in 1990. Later she volunteered at Operation Love, and served on it’s Board for 17 years.
Clara was a member of South Meridian Church of God for many years. Surviving Clara is her son Wess J. (wife, Sandy) Wright; granddaughter, Whitney (Travis) Holland; and great-grandson, Riley of Oklahoma. Also surviving are her sisters, Kay Williamson of Anderson and Betty Cochran of California. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Wright in 1997; and her parents, Jack & Lelah Moyer of Frankton. Clara will truly be missed by all that she touched in her life.
