ROE, CLARA M. Clara Mae Roe, age 94, passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018 in Kalamazoo, MI.
She was born on September 15, 1923, in Warsaw, IN to the late Harvey and Cora Ruth (Styles) Anson. Clara retired from W.M.U. in 1986 and prior to that she worked at Georgia Pacific. On May 11, 1957, Clara married Allan B. Roe, Jr. who preceded her in death on May 31, 2017.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Betty Ettwien. Clara is survived by three sons, John (Barbara) Roe of Blaine WA, Robert (Gail) Roe of Franklin TN and Thomas (Barbara Cleland) Roe of Kalamazoo; 5 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The family will greet friends on Thursday, July 5th from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St., where services will be held at 2pm on Friday, July 6th.
