Clacy E. Eads, 95, of Elkhart, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2019, at the Golden Living Center. He was born on August 26, 1923, in Wayne County, MO to the late John and Effie (Borders) Eads.

He is survived by his loving daughter, Shelly (Pete) Watts of Elkhart; two grandchildren, Starr and Nichole Watts; 9 great-grandchildren; two stepdaughters, Deb (Dave) Yost of Elkhart and Penny Smith; stepson, Melvin Williams; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, six siblings, granddaughter, Brandy Hensley, and two infant grandsons, Zen and Conner Rogers.

Clacy honorably served in the United States Army during World War II and worked at Honey RV until he retired on September 26, 1986. He loved to stay busy and filled his time by remaining active. He enjoyed golfing, and going to auctions, and loved to browse yard sales whenever he could. Clacy will be dearly missed by his loving family.
