Muncie-Cindy M. Holten, 59, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2010, at her residence following an extended illness. She was born on, September 25, 1951, at Muncie, the daughter of J.C. and Dorthy (Potts) Logan. Cindy is a 1970 graduate of Muncie Central High School. She married Carl W. Holten on June 15, 1976 in Muncie.
Mrs. Holten had worked as a teacher’s aide for the Parkview Apostolic School from 1983 until 1989. During this time she also was a professional House keeper in the Muncie area for a total of 28yrs. Retiring earlier this year.
Besides her husband of 34 yrs. Carl , she is survived by; one son, Jerry L. Butterfield II, Muncie; one daughter, Christa J. West (husband-Chris), Muncie; two stepsons, Carl W. Holten II (wife-Jennifer), Anderson and Bradley C. Holten (wife-Tonya), Winchester; one brother, Charles Edward Logan (wife-Nancy), North Edwards, California; two sisters, Mary Ann Logan, Muncie and Trudy Etoy Grant (husband-Phillip), Yermo, California; eight grandchildren, Caleb, Cierra, Austin, Autumn, Jeff, Chase, Cody and Travis; Several nieces, nephews and special friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, first husband, Jerry L. Butterfield; two brothers, Jesse Carl Logan and William Earl Logan.
