Christopher was born on August 2, 1958 in Waterbury, son of the late William and Eleanor (Kane) Morrison. Chris graduated from UConn in 1981 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and where he met his wife. The two of them lived in Italy and traveled through Europe as students.
