Christopher H. Anderson, age 63 of Kalamazoo, died on January 24, 2022. He was born February 14, 1958, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the son of Theodore and Billie (Decker) Anderson. Chris was a 1976 graduate of Loy Norrix High School. He married Cynthia Meints on February 24, 1978.
They were members of gracespring Bible Church most recently and previously members of Haven Church and Grace Christian Reformed Church. Chris used his natural carpentry talents to own and operate C.A.B. Inc., his own residential construction company. He blessed others with his gifts when doing projects around the church and in missions with the church.
Chris loved being outdoors, whether fishing, golfing, hunting or in travels with Cindy. He truly cared for people and was always happy when spending time with family and friends and making new connections. His family includes his wife, Cindy Anderson; his children: Katie (Jeff) Dickens, Jennifer (James) McAnally, and Erin (Kevin) Kokx; his grandchildren: Benjamin, Austin, and Collin Dickens and Keegon, Emma Jo, and Keirstyn Kokx; his mother, Sarah Milne; his brothers and sisters: Mark (Jan) Anderson, Scott Anderson, David (Jalene) Anderson, Kevin Anderson, Lisa Anderson, Teddie Trainer, Diana (Curtis) Shoup, Matt (Christian Giordanony) Milne, Meg (Steve) Kuckek, John (Jodi) Milne, Beth (Jim) Moeller; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Chris was preceded in death by his parents Theodore and Billie Anderson and Richard Milne.
