Christopher Bryant Lassetter June 10, 1962 – December 4, 2014 Christopher Bryant Lassetter died peacefully at Grady Memorial Hospital on December 4, 2014 in Atlanta, GA at the age of 52. Chris is survived by his mother, Mrs. Shirley D. Lassetter of Saint Simons Island, GA; brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. David (Terri) Burch; niece, Macket Burch of Washington, DC and nephew, Bennett Burch of Saint Simons Island, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Bobby L. Lassetter Jr. of Newnan, GA; niece, Summer L. Elliott, Austin Elliott of Newnan; aunt, and uncles, Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Barnes of Carrollton, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Byrom of Newnan; cousins, Mr. and Mrs. Tommy (Buddy) Barnes, Jr. of Atlanta, Teresa B. Hollis of Sparta, GA, Libby B. Wallace of Newnan, Mr. and Mrs. Robby Byrom of Newnan, Sam Hollis of Sparta, Mrs. And Mrs. Chris (Hillary) Koncul of Savannah, Tom Hollis of Sparta and many more relatives. He is preceded in death by his father, Bobby L. Lassetter Sr. of Newnan. Chris was born in Newnan, GA and he graduated from Newnan High School and attended Valdosta State College and West Georgia College. Chris has a real love for people, being kind and caring and helping out anybody and everybody. You never saw Chris that he didn’t wear a smile. He also like to collect unique watches and antique eye glass frames. He adored his nieces and nephews and to be able to spend time with them whenever he could. Chris had many friends in Atlanta that were more than just friends. He considered each of them his family. When he would meet someone they automatically became his friend for life.
