Christopher A. Tucker, 43, died unexpectedly at his residence in Indianapolis on Saturday, January 15, 2011. He was born July 13, 1967, in Muncie, the son of Casey and Mary Ann (Schick) Tucker.
He graduated from MuncieCentralHigh School in 1986 where he was a member of the swim team. He was an Eagle Scout and achieved the Order of the Arrow honor as well. Chris also attended BallStateUniversity and SullivanUniversity where he obtained an Associates Degree in Business and Culinary Arts.
He was a member of St. Malachy Parish in Brownsburg, and while living in Indianapolis was employed at Hologics.
Chris was preceded in death by his grandparents. He is survived by his parents, Casey and Mary Ann Tucker; his sister, Laura Guzzi, (husband, Jeff), and brother, Mike Tucker, (wife, Kim). He was affectionately known as “Uncle Chiz” to his nieces, Rachel and Caroline Guzzi and Emily and Lauren Tucker.
4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Parson Mortuary, in Muncie, where the Rosary will be recited at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday.
