Mrs. Chloe Gibson York, age 92 of Kannapolis, N.C. formerly of Helen. Mrs. Gibson passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at CMC Northeast Medical Center in Concord, N.C. following a sudden illness.

Mrs. York is survived by her daughters, Geraldine Sloop and Janice Bryce both of Kannapolis, North Carolina, sister Pearl Farmer of Clarkeville as well as 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
