Chester Ray Smith, 83, of Harrison, OH, formerly of Rising Sun, IN passed away Sunday, September 25th, at the Hospice of Cincinnati. Chester was born in Ohio County, IN on August 11, 1928, a son of the late Mary Edith (Peters) and Lawrence Ray Smith. He attended Quercus Grove Elementary School and was a graduate of Patriot High School Class of 1946. He served his country as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force.
