Chester A. “Chet” Kulp, 49, of Bethlehem, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013 in his home. He was the husband of the late Maria M. “Ri” Kulp, who passed away 2012. Born in Reading, he was a son of Edna A. (Lerchenmiller) Kulp of Mertztown and the late Joseph J. Kulp. Chet worked in construction as a drywaller and roofer. He was an active member and former trustee of Edgeboro Moravian Church in Bethlehem. Survivors: In addition to his mother are his brothers, Joseph J. Kulp, Jr. of Palmerton and Michael R. Kulp of Birdsboro; sisters, Frances A. Eshbach of Reading, Mary E. Hoch of Bethlehem and Catherine M. Reitnauer and her husband, Gene of Mertztown.
