Cheryl Ann Krieger (“Sherry”), passed quietly from this life the evening of May 11, 2011 surrounded by her family. She was 66. Born in Casper, Wyoming she grew up fully enjoying her youth with her beloved brother Dean, graduating from Natrona County High School in 1963. Thereafter, she married Don Krieger with which she had two beloved children, daughter Raquel and son James. Later, Sherry moved with the children to Arizona and worked diligently for 25 years at the Scottsdale Police Department in the records department, retiring in 2009. An amazing mother, her life was devoted to caring for, nurturing, loving, and supporting her family and enjoying her many friends. Headstrong and stubborn, but possessed of a quick wit and a big, giving heart, she was more than willing to step in and help those she loved and cared about. She is survived by her brother Dean Larabee, (wife Meredith), of Scottsdale, son James Leo Krieger of Tempe, daughter Raquel Gwynn (husband David), grandson Jack and granddaughter Carolyn of Oregon. She will be greatly missed.
