Charlotte will be truly missed by all who knew and loved was preceded in death by her parents, George Baker and Lena Spiers Baker; her son, Royce Smallwood; and her sister, Janice to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted husband of 63 years, Paul Smallwood; her grandson, Justin Smallwood; and her brother in law, Carl (Melva) Smallwood.
