Charlotte Ann Ratliff, 78, of Rossville, passed away Monday, December 12, 2016. Charlotte was born in Chattanooga, TN, was a resident of Amarillo, TX, and had lived in the Chattanooga, North Georgia area for the past 51 years. She retired from TVA after 11 years serving as a comptroller. Mrs. Ratliff was a member of Covenant Presbyterian for the past 16 years.
Charlotte is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, William “Gary” Ratliff; sons, William Christopher Ratliff, Hixson, and Bryan (Shannon) Ratliff, Red Bank; sisters Doris Walsh, Chattanooga, and Patsy Sorrell, Birmingham; grandson, Christian; and several nieces and nephews.
