Charlotte Gracy Charlotte Gracy, 69, Fort Oglethorpe, died January 7, 2007, while on vacation with her husband in Hawaii. She was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and North Georgia. Mrs. Gracy had worked at Sun Trust Bank for 20 years and also at T. H. Payne and was currently employed at My Office Products. She was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her parents, James and Dorothy Mae Crosen Tinsley, and sister, Carolyn Tinsley. Survivors are husband, Alfred Gracy; son, Michael Gracy, Australia; daughter, Cheryl Richardson, Nashville; grandchildren, David, Hannah, and Rachel; great-grandson, Justin.
