She was born on December 10, 1935 in Moreland, GA to the late Mr. Lester Brannon and Mrs. Clyde Cassel Brannon. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her son Rusty Abner. She is survived by her son Rick Abner and his wife Patricia of Hampton, GA; grandchildren, Kyle McWhorter, Tina Abner Guniga, Jennifer Abner and 8 great grandchildren.
