Charlotte A. Keiser, 67, of South Bend, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2007, in her home after an illness. Charlotte retired January 1, 2004, as a specialist in personal lines insurance, with Keiser Insurance in LaPorte, Indiana. She was born on September 4, 1939, in Washington, Indiana, to Fredrick Mangin who preceded her in death in 1987, and Elizabeth (Branaman) Mangin of Evansville, Indiana.
On August 26, 1960, Charlotte married John A. Keiser who survives. Surviving with her husband, is her mother, Elizabeth Mangin; a daughter, Carolyn Keiser of New Carlisle, Indiana; sons, Gregory (Kim) Keiser of South Bend, Brent Keiser of Land O Lakes, Florida, Rhett (Sheila) Keiser of South Bend, a stepson, Wayde (Leah) Keiser of Metarie, Louisiana; nine grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and sisters, Lynn (Rob) Burkhardt of Louisville, Kentucky, Patricia (Bob) Adams of Evansville, Indiana; and Phyliss (John) Briggaman of Washington, Indiana. A granddaughter, Ann Marie Keiser preceded her in death.
