Charlie Lee “Bull” English, Jr., 60, Anderson, passed away January 6, 2010 at Manor Care, Anderson after an extended illness. He was born February 14, 1949 in Talladega, Alabama, and resided in Anderson most of his life.
Charles served his country in the US Army with an honorable discharge with medals including the Purple Heart and 2 Bronze Stars. He was previously employed at Brockway Glass and construction.
Charles is survived by his daughters, Denise English, LaReesa Dewayne McCowan, all of Anderson and Nichole Gills of Muncie; sister, Margaret Menifield of Anderson; brothers, Tony English, Terry English, John Eddie English, Alphonso “Foxx” English, all of Anderson, Dennis English of Minnesota and Willie English of Michigan City; grandchildren, Xavier Willis, Raimyshia Polly, Deja McCullough, Madison Willis, Ta’Mya Watson, all of Anderson and Savannah Perry of Madison, Wisconsin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie & Irene English; daughter, Joveetta Watson; brother, Bruce English; grandchildren, Maxmillion & Alexis Willis and mother-in-law, Rosie Young.
