Charles William “Billy” Hord, 94 of Maysville passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at his home.
Survivors include three daughters, Lois Hord (Steven) Vice of Morehead, Bette Hord (Rick) Fegan and Sue Hord (Terry) Howard of Maysville; two sons, Chuck (Melia) Hord of Lexington and David (Lisa) Hord of Maysville; fifteen grandchildren Michael Vice, Paul Vice, Erin Banet, Eric Fegan, Jan Murry, Carrie Carlson, Robert Howard, Christopher Hord, Brendan Hord, Will Hord, Allison Landreth, Lyle Hord, Kyle Copas, Cory Copas and Candace Copas; twenty six great grandchildren; a brother Jesse Hord of Windsor, Colorado and a sister Anne H. Follmer of Maysville. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Elizabeth Jean “Jeanie” Haughaboo Hord whose death occurred on October 26, 2004; a daughter-in-law Janie Allison Hord.
