Charles Russell Weeks Jr, born September 17th, 1926, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at the age of 86, on Tuesday March 12, 2013. He was the loving husband of Betty E. Weeks, celebrating 61 years of marriage this past Oct. He was a loving and devoted father to his 3 daughters, Nancy Codi and her husband Sam, Cindy McGuire and her husband Jim, and Patti Cole. A proud grandfather to Jimmie Mcguire and his wife Janelle, Bryan Codi, Crissy Codi Webb and her husband Brian, and Dillon Cole. He is also survived by his sister Alice Clanton and his brother Wallace Weeks and his wife Gloria.
Charlie had a kind soul and a wonderful since of humor. He led a full and wonderful life, traveling the world with his family living in Greece, Germany, Hawaii, Japan, and many states. He was the “family tour guide” and loved his family more than anything.
He was preceded in death by his Father Charles Russell Weeks Sr. and his Mother Elise Chappell Weeks of Americus Georgia, a brother Jimmie, and a sister Wilma.
