Charles Ronald Hendricks, 57, of Rossville, died Sunday, February 15, 2004, in a local hospital. He had worked as a firefighter with the Chattanooga Fire Department for many years. Mr. Hendricks was a former employee of Westpoint Pepperell and Liquid Russ Transport. He was currently employed with Shaw Industry for the past 15 years. Mr. Hendricks was a member of the Catoosa Baptist Tabernacle and a veteran of the U. S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles M. Hendricks and Helen Wilson. Survivors are his wife, of 32 years, Charlotte Shrader Hendricks; daughters and sons-in-law, Rhonda and Michael Vaughn, Killen, Ala., Robyn and Tim Kendrick, Chickamauga; son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Martha Chambers, Rossville; sister, Tracy Robin Gann, Rossville; grandchildren, Tayla, Tanner, Tripp, Riley, Terra, Jordan, Chris, Taylor and Tylor; and Dennis Lowrance who was his friend but more like a brother.
