Charles Ray Ulery (Chuck) was born in Benham, KY on March 16, 1955. He died January 3, 2017. Chuck was an avid classic Chevrolet collector and restorer. He loved working with his hands and used his artistic talent to create many beautiful items. He was a loner who “marched to a different drum.”
Chuck is preceded in death by his father, First Lt. Charles R. Ulery, who died in a United States Air Force plane crash in 1956. He is survived by his parents, Patsy and Steve Harp; his brother, Marc Harp (Ann Marie), and six sisters, Gloria Novak, Sherry Wright, Tanya Celenze (Michael), Nichole Weakland (Don), Stephanie Harp and Kristin Chancellor (Steve).
Chuck was loved and will be missed.
