Charles P. Bonicker a WW II Veteran, 93 of Holiday City section of Berkeley Township, NJ died on Saturday March 30, 2013 at Bey Lea Nursing Home, Toms River, NJ. Born in Brooklyn, NY he lived in Woodbridge, NJ before moving to Holiday City after he retired. Charles served in the United States Army during WW II serving 48 months over seas. Charles was decorated for service in battles in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He was a member of Battery B 124th AAA Gun Battalion. He was a Security Supervisor with US Trust on Wall Street in New York City for 30 years.

A member of the Holiday City Golf, Bowling, Bocce and Pool Men’s Groups. Predeceased by his wife Florence in 2005, two sons Peter and Gary and also his sister Laura Kaskavitch. Surviving is his son Charles and his wife Judy of Toms River, NJ, his beloved daughter-in-law Virginia Bonicker of Woodbridge, two grandchildren Nicole and Peter and his wife Jillian and one great grandchild Colby. Charles is lovingly remembered as Uncle Sonny by family members.
