Our much-loved Charles J. Lettieri, age 66 has passed away unexpectantly, on January 7, 2022. He was born in Hartford, Connecticut, and graduated from Bulkeley High School. Shortly thereafter he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where he served his country proudly stationed in both Maine and Okinawa, Japan. He went on to attend Central Connecticut State University, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree. Charles worked for the State of Connecticut, Department of Correction for twenty-two years. Charles was a gentle, kind, and caring person. Using his wisdom, he would help anyone in need to improve their lives as he always listened and gave good advice to lead them in the right direction. He was a gentleman you can always depend on…he was a strong soldier. He was the son of the late Charles and Doris Lettieri, and was predeceased in death by his brother Raymond L. Lettieri. Charles leaves his sisters, Carole Gerardi and Cynthia Rose, his nephews, Damian (Christine) Gerardi and Jason Rose, two beautiful nieces, and a special couple Evan Leslie and Katelynn Burby along with many cousins and friends.
