Charles Houston Kelley, Jr., age 60, of Spring Hill, Grafton, WV, passed away Saturday, October 19, 2013, at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born December 18, 1952, a son of the late Charles Houston Kelley, Sr. and Delores Jenne (White) Kelley Skolund. He was raised by his maternal grandparents, the late Robert and Dorotha White.
Chuck was a 1971 graduate of Grafton High School, he then served in the US Air Force from 1973- 1982.
