ROSE – Charles H. Rose, 90, formerly of Higganum, died on Saturday, April 18, 2009 surrounded by his family. Born July 30, 1918 in Black Rock, CT; the son of the late William and Ethel (Priest) Rose. He is survived by his two daughters, Sarah Crouse and her husband Bernard of Barkhamsted and Diane Rose of South Meriden; and his brother, Louis E. Rose of Barkhamsted.
