Charles Edgar Lower, 89 years old, passed away peacefully with his beloved wife Jackie by his side at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford on May 28, 2017.
Charles was born in Lebanon, NH. He was the son of the late Bert and Marion (Gracie) Lower. He was a proud veteran, having served in the U.S. Army during World War Two. He married Jacqueline Dunbar on June 15, 1957. Together they made their home and raised their family in Colchester. Charles retired after a 40-year career with Pratt & Whitney Aircraft as an Inspector.
