Charles was born in Passaic, NJ, and was predeceased by his parents Charles Edward, Sr. and Amelia Catherine Whitmore (nee Kretz). Charles was the beloved brother of William (spouse: Susan), James (spouse: Victoria), Catherine Moffa, and Susan O’Brien (spouse: Terry). In addition, he is survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and his long-time girlfriend, Martha Grove.
