MUNCIE – Charles E. Manship, 80, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Willowbend Living Center. He was born February 14, 1932 in Elwood to Floyd and
Nema (Shetterly) Manship. Charles attended Muncie Community Schools. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War.. He worked 35 years for Ontario Corporation.
Survivors include his two sons David Manship (wife-Linda); Rex Manship (wife-Kristi); daughter Gail E. Deardorff (husband-Sam); several grandchildren, nieces and nephews and close friend Velma Coleman.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife Norma of 45 years, four brothers Floyd , Edward, Kenneth and Raymond Manship.
The family would like to thank the care givers and staff at Willowbend Living Center.
